Return Policy
All sales are final and Fulish does not accept any returns or exchanges for handcrafted items.
The woods used are pine and oak primarily. No tree grows the same, so please do not expect each piece of wood you receive to look the same. Keep in mind that wood also has its natural tones before staining.

Shipping Policy
Fulish only uses United States Postal Service (USPS) for their shipments and will only ship within the United States.
Once purchased, shipping may take 2-3 business days for items to be processed.
Fulish ships priority mail, it may take up to 2-4 business days (not guaranteed) for delivery within the 48 states of the United States.
Expedited Shipping
Fulish does not expedite any items. Please plan accordingly before ordering.
Print - On - Demand Drop Shipper Return Policy
All of the apparel, accessories and items that aren’t made by hand on my sight is handle from a Print On Demand Drop Shipper (POD). To be transparent the company is called Printful. Printful allows me to post my artwork onto other items other than just wood.
Print on Demand items usually take 2-7 business days to complete the product and then 2-5 business days to ship it. Please be aware and plan accordingly.
Unless I state that I make it myself, I will not be shipping it out myself.
Please be sure to measure yourself accordingly before ordering. There is no returns on buyer’s remorse or size exchanges on apparel, accessories, and other items fulfilled by the POD company because those are MADE TO ORDER. If there is a printing issue or design issue, please contact me as soon as possible and we will get that situated.
